Meet Roopali Nalawade, a certified yoga trainer and nutritionist with expertise in prenatal and postnatal yoga. Operating from her studio in Satara, Roopali extends her expertise globally through online programs focusing on nutrition and Garbha Sanskar. She has earned recognition as a Gold medalist in the South Asian Yoga Competition held in Sri Lanka and Bronze medal at the World Yoga Championship in Malaysia among the few. She is committed to promote physical and emotional well-being through tailored yoga sessions.
